MHV2100AH Mobile Hard Drive from Fujitsu
Looks like another gap between us laptop devotees and our desktop using cousins is about to be bridged. Fujitsu are on the verge of bringing out a 100GB mobile hard drive destined for the next batch of top end laptops manufactured by the computing giant.
But as any diplomatic lady will tell you, size doesn’t matter, it’s what you do with it that counts. Well, there is more than enough capacity here for home movies, music or whatever you want to throw at it! But size is also equalled by the bells and whistles of this new next generation Fujitsu MHV2100AH mobile hard disk drive.
It purrs with less noise than a standard 3.5 inch floppy drive and it zips along at 5,200 rpm, well above the 4,200rpm standard “enjoyed” by the majority of the laptop users in the civilized world.
Oh yeah, and if you’re a tree hugger, you’re in luck too, this new drive if the first from Fujitsu that’s lead free!
